Sparkling mineral water from a single spring in Del Puerto Canyon, Stanislaus County. Our county.
This is the sparkling version of Adobe Mountain, and the one that won the Silver Medal for sparkling water at the 2026 Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting, the oldest and largest blind water tasting in the world. The source is a pressure-fed spring on 217 protected acres in the Diablo Range, unreachable by vehicle or agriculture. The water rises through serpentinized mantle rock, and that rock is where the magnesium comes from.
Why this water is different
- About 100 mg/L magnesium, 35 mg in every bottle. Most premium mineral waters run 5 to 30 mg/L. This is among the highest-magnesium spring waters in North America
- Calcium-to-magnesium ratio around 1:7, which is why it tastes clean rather than chalky
- TDS about 400 mg/L, a true mineral water, not near-distilled
- Naturally alkaline, from the rock, not an ionizer
- Low sodium, zero calories, nothing added or adjusted. One spring, every bottle, all year
Who this is for
- Anyone who has been told to get more magnesium and would rather drink it than take a pill
- Replacing soda or sweetened sparkling drinks with something that has real minerals
- Cramps, restless legs and the post-workout recovery crowd
- People who care what is in their water and want a lab report on the label
Details
- 355 ml glass bottle with a resealable aluminum cap. Glass because it does not leach or hold flavor
- Full mineral analysis printed on the label with a QR link to the lab report
