What ships

Our own products ship anywhere in the United States: the Frontier apothecary line, TALO skincare, and Frontier Tallow Co. butters.

What doesn’t

Raw dairy, fresh and frozen meat, eggs, and anything refrigerated. These are listed on this site so you know what we carry, and they’re marked in store only.

Two reasons. First, federal law (21 CFR 1240.61) prohibits raw milk moving across state lines. Second, cold-chain items need to be held below 45°F continuously, and a cardboard box on a truck in a Central Valley summer is not that.

Rates

• Standard shipping: flat rate, 3–5 business days.
• Free shipping: on orders over $75.
• Local pickup: free, at 429 McHenry Ave, Modesto. Choose it at checkout and we’ll email when it’s ready.

Processing

Orders placed before noon Pacific usually go out the same business day. Everything is made in small batches here, so occasionally something is being poured when you order it. If that will delay you more than two days, we’ll email you rather than let you wonder.

Returns

Thirty days on anything unopened and in resalable condition. Email us and we’ll send a label.

Opened food, refrigerated and frozen items can’t be returned. If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund it — your choice, no argument.

Damage in transit

Glass jars travel in this business. We pack carefully. If something breaks anyway, that’s on us, not you.
