Afghani Peach Cardamom Jam

Green cardamom and peaches — delicate and, in Lala’s word, haunting. The original recipe came from the grandmother of someone on her team.

Made for toast, charcuterie and hard cheddar. Put a few teaspoons in a grilled cheese and you will understand.

Sweetened with organic cane sugar, under 2% of the jar.
