Lala's Jams — Afghani Peach Cardamom Jam

Peaches and green cardamom, from a grandmother's recipe. Lala calls it haunting.

The original recipe came from the grandmother of someone on Lala's team, and it is unlike any other jam on the shelf: ripe peaches with warm, fragrant green cardamom, a spice traditionally used in Afghan and Persian sweets. Cooked in small batches with organic cane sugar under two percent of the jar. Delicate, floral, and it lingers.
