This one is built from whole organic foods: dates and coconut nectar for sweetness, sprouted pumpkin seeds and cashews, pea protein, sacha inchi, dried blueberries and apricots, rolled oats, flax, MCT oil and coconut. It also carries sprouted apricot seeds, a natural source of amygdalin (vitamin B17). Chewy, blueberry-apricot flavor, 230 calories and 14 grams of protein per bar.
