About this product

Juniper, fir needle, patchouli and peppermint. The high country in a bar of raw goat milk soap.

Back Country smells like a campsite above the tree line: juniper berry and fir needle up front, patchouli underneath, a little peppermint to keep it fresh. Colored naturally with spinach powder and activated charcoal. No synthetic fragrance or dye.

Goat milk soap is different from a supermarket bar because the milk is in the soap, not on the label. Raw goat milk brings fat, protein and lactic acid to the lather, so it cleans without stripping. The six-oil base of rice bran, shea, coconut, avocado, olive and castor oil gives a creamy, stable lather that rinses clean.

Who this is for

  • Men who want a soap that does not smell like flowers or cologne
  • Hunters, hikers and anyone who misses the Sierras between trips
  • A gift for the person who is hard to buy for
  • Dry skin that regular bar soap leaves tight
