Bamboo Switch — Bamboo Kitchen Utensil

A long-handled bamboo utensil for nonstick, cast iron and enameled pans.

Plastic spatulas soften and flake at high heat, and metal scratches nonstick and enamel. Bamboo does neither. It is hard, heat tolerant, does not conduct heat up the handle and will not scratch a pan. Each piece is 12 inches long, which keeps your hand back from the splatter, and light enough to stir with for a long time. When it finally wears out after years, it composts.
