About this product

A bread bag lined with beeswax, so a good loaf stays good for days.

Plastic bags trap moisture and soften the crust. Paper lets the loaf go stale by day two. A beeswax-lined cotton bag does what neither can: it breathes just enough to keep the crust crisp while holding in the moisture that keeps the crumb soft. It fits a full sourdough boule or a long artisan loaf, folds down around a half loaf, and it is reusable for a year or more. When it finally wears out, it composts.

The lining is Bee's Wrap's standard recipe: organic cotton coated in beeswax, organic jojoba oil and tree resin.
