Wool dryer balls do the job of dryer sheets and liquid softener without the fragrance and coating chemicals. Tossed in with a load, they separate the clothes so hot air moves through faster, which cuts drying time and softens fabric by friction instead of by residue. They also knock down static and wrinkles. Each ball is felted New Zealand wool with nothing added.

This is the bulk pack: 36 balls, sold package-free. Split them between machines, share them with family, or keep a lifetime supply. Each ball lasts hundreds of loads.
