Cacao Nut Butter blends raw cacao and nuts into whipped grass-fed tallow. Raw cacao is naturally rich in magnesium and flavonoids, and it has not been roasted or Dutch-processed, so it keeps its bitter edge. The tallow gives it a smooth, spoonable texture and the fat-soluble vitamins that come with grass-fed beef fat. There is no seed oil and no palm oil in this jar.
