Con Ternura's hand-stretched focaccia dough, dimpled and topped with sliced apples and cinnamon before the bake. The apples soften and caramelize at the edges, the cinnamon perfumes the whole pan, and the bread underneath stays soft and open. It eats like a cross between focaccia and a coffee cake, without being a cake.

Made with a short list of real ingredients and no preservatives or dough conditioners. Far less sugar than a pastry, and olive oil rather than a seed oil.
