A round hardwood board for cutting and serving pizza at the table.

A hand-made round hardwood board sized for a home pizza. Slide the pie onto it straight from the oven, cut it there, and serve it there. The other fifty weeks of the year it is a cheese board, a bread board, or the place the fruit sits.

Wood over plastic for a reason. Plastic boards shed microplastics into your food every time the knife scores them, and the scores are where bacteria live. Hardwood closes over knife marks, and wood's own chemistry works against what tries to grow in it. It is also kinder to knife edges than a pizza stone or a plate.

How to use

Hand wash, never the dishwasher, and dry standing up. Oil it when it looks thirsty with Corona's board oil, tallow or a food-grade mineral oil, not a seed oil that will go rancid in the grain. One only; each is made by hand.
