How to pop

Stovetop: heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of tallow, butter or coconut oil in a heavy pot with a few test kernels. When they pop, add 1/3 to 1/2 cup kernels, cover, and shake gently until the popping slows to a few seconds apart. Air popper or microwave popper work too. Season with sea salt, nutritional yeast or your favorite blend.
