About this product

An alcohol-free herbal tincture for seasonal transitions: itchy, watery eyes, a stuffy head and that constant drip when the pollen comes out.

Allergy Season is Evergreen Apothecary's blend for the time of year when the air turns against you. It combines four herbs long used in Western herbalism to support a balanced histamine response, comfortable sinuses and clear breathing. The maker recommends starting it a month or two before your usual allergy season and continuing daily through it, so the herbs have time to work with your body.

Key ingredients

  • Nettle leaf: the go-to herb for seasonal support, traditionally used to help moderate the body's histamine response.
  • Goldenrod: traditionally used for sinus congestion, excess mucus and watery eyes.
  • Ginkgo leaf: traditionally used to support a healthy inflammatory response and seasonal comfort.
  • Licorice root: soothing and calming, and it balances the drying effect of nettle.

Who this is for

  • You dread spring or fall pollen season every year
  • Itchy eyes, sneezing and sinus pressure slow you down
  • You want a plant-based option without alcohol
  • You like to plan ahead and start support before symptoms hit
