Tallow from grass-fed, grass-finished lamb raised on Pacific Northwest pasture.
Lamb tallow is the rendered fat of pasture-raised lambs, and it tastes the way good lamb tastes: rich, a little grassy, unmistakably itself. Fine-filtered in small batches with nothing else in the jar. One ingredient: grass-fed, grass-finished lamb tallow.
Ruminant fats like lamb tallow are stable at high heat and carry the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K plus naturally occurring CLA. Grass-finished animals have a better omega-3 to omega-6 balance than grain-fed, and lamb is one of the few meats that is still almost always raised on pasture.

How to use
Roast vegetables, pan-fry meats, bake savory pies, or fry potatoes. Solid at room temperature; scoop what you need. 7.5 oz glass jar. Naturally shelf stable; refrigerate after opening for longest life.
Fatworks has rendered fats from small U.S. family farms since 2011, putting to use a nourishing part of the animal that farms once threw away.
