Minty Fresh Mouth Rinse (Alcohol Free)

A mint-and-salt mouth rinse with nothing in it you wouldn't recognise. Distilled water, baking soda, Dead Sea salt, organic xylitol, and real peppermint and thyme essential oils. No alcohol, no fluoride, no synthetic dyes, no artificial sweeteners, no foaming agents. Cooling, not burning.

What's in it

• Distilled water
• Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
• Dead Sea salt
• Organic xylitol
• Organic peppermint essential oil
• Organic thyme essential oil

How to use

Shake first. Pour one to two tablespoons, swish for about 30 seconds, spit. Don't swallow. Rinse with water afterwards if you like. Morning and night, or whenever you need it.

What to expect

Clear to slightly cloudy in the bottle — that's the salt and soda, which is why you shake it. A slightly mineral, salty taste under the peppermint and thyme, a clean cool finish, and no sting. A bottle lasts most people four to six weeks. Keeps a year unopened; use within six months of opening.

• This is a cosmetic mouth rinse for fresh breath and a clean-feeling mouth. It isn't a therapeutic mouthwash and isn't a substitute for regular dental care — see your dentist twice a year.
• Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children.
• Contains xylitol, which is toxic to dogs. Keep it away from pets.
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
