Our award-winning Golden Kraut is a vibrant, spice-forward sauerkraut made with a warm blend of turmeric, ginger, and other aromatic spices. It has a bright, tangy flavor with subtle sweetness and complexity, reminiscent of pepperoncini peppers but without the heat, making it a fun kraut to experiment with and an easy way to season a whole meal.
