Sirloin tip and top round sliced thin — Engler's customers put this at the top of the list, and it's the fastest good dinner in the case.

Cooking it: marinate overnight or hit it with a dry rub, then a screaming-hot pan or grill. Under ten minutes, start to finish. Slice against the grain.

Grass-fed and grass-finished. No grain, no feedlot, no added hormones or antibiotics.

If it isn't right, tell us within 30 days and we'll make it right. Opened food and refrigerated items are the one exception, for obvious reasons.
