An 80/20 grind from cattle that never saw a feedlot. Beefier than what you're used to — grass-finished fat carries a mineral, almost buttery flavor that grain finishing washes out.
Grass-fed and grass-finished. That second word is the one that matters, and it's the one most labels leave off. Engler's cattle spend their whole lives on open California pasture: no grain, no feedlot, no added hormones or antibiotics. Ever.
Cooking it: lean beef cooks faster. Pull it earlier than you think and don't crowd the pan.

Returns
If it isn't right, tell us within 30 days and we'll make it right. Opened food and refrigerated items are the one exception, for obvious reasons.
