Classic sauerkraut with kale and spinach fermented right in: the everyday kraut, with extra greens and live cultures in every bite.
Green Garden Kraut is a garden take on traditional sauerkraut. Organic cabbage, baby kale, Bloomsdale spinach and carrots are wild fermented with caraway and unrefined sea salt until tangy and crunchy. It is raw and unpasteurized, so the live Lactobacillus cultures, lactic acid and enzymes that develop during fermentation are all still in the jar. It tastes like a familiar kraut with a light, vegetal edge, which makes it the easiest of the green krauts to eat every day. A Good Food Awards finalist in 2023.

- You want a daily probiotic food and a serving of greens in one jar
