Our Jalapeño Kraut is one of our most loved ferments, taking the clean, briny crunch of classic sauerkraut and adding the natural sweetness and mild kick of fresh jalapeños. It is pleasantly tangy with a sweet jalapeño note and light heat, so it enhances the dish without overwhelming it. It’s great for sauerkraut skeptics!
