KAO Crimson — Raspberry Pistachio

A 50 g dark chocolate bar built on high-flavonoid Guittard cacao and cocoa butter, with suet tallow standing in for the seed oils and emulsifiers that go into most bars. Sweetened with allulose and a trace of monk fruit — no cane sugar.

Crimson carries the heaviest fruit load in the line after Zenith — freeze-dried raspberry, whole and micro-milled, which is what makes the colour that deep. Chopped pistachios on the display face.

Also contains tart cherry extract, pomegranate extract and astaxanthin.

Contains tree nuts (pistachio).
