KAO Forge — Coffee Hazelnut

A 50 g dark chocolate bar built on high-flavonoid Guittard cacao and cocoa butter, with suet tallow standing in for the seed oils and emulsifiers that go into most bars. Sweetened with allulose and a trace of monk fruit — no cane sugar.

Forge is the coffee one. Real espresso powder and Bizzy organic cold brew powder give it two different coffee notes at once — sharp and bright from the espresso, rounder and less acidic from the cold brew. Cacao nibs and hazelnuts on the display face, coffee grounds and hazelnut on the back.

Contains tree nuts (hazelnut).

Contains caffeine — roughly 60–90 mg per bar, about the same as a small cup of coffee.
