KAO Velocity — Berry Almond

A 50 g dark chocolate bar built on high-flavonoid Guittard cacao and cocoa butter, with suet tallow standing in for the seed oils and emulsifiers that go into most bars. Sweetened with allulose and a trace of monk fruit — no cane sugar.

Velocity is the berry one. Freeze-dried blueberry and blackberry in equal measure — whole fruit, micro-milled, not extract — which is where the colour and the tartness both come from. Blueberry pieces and chopped almonds on the face.

Also contains beet nitrate extract and pomegranate extract.

Contains tree nuts (almond).
