KAO Zenith — Strawberry Walnut

A 50 g dark chocolate bar built on high-flavonoid Guittard cacao and cocoa butter, with suet tallow standing in for the seed oils and emulsifiers that go into most bars. Sweetened with allulose and a trace of monk fruit — no cane sugar.

Strawberry is the hardest fruit to get right in chocolate, which is why almost everyone uses flavouring. Zenith uses freeze-dried whole strawberry at four percent — the highest fruit loading in the line. Strawberry pieces, chopped walnuts and puffed quinoa on the face.

Also contains lion’s mane extract and L-theanine.
