Shelf Life:
An unopened jar of hot sauce is shelf-stable and can be kept in your pantry for up to a year. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and consume within one year of opening.

Ingredients: organic napa cabbage, organic daikon radish, organic carrots, organic spring onions, organic ginger, organic garlic, arame seaweed, organic red pepper, organic habanero pepper, organic cayenne pepper, organic jalapeno pepper, organic sesame seeds, unrefined sea salt.

Keep refrigerated.
