Lovebird is what cereal looks like when you take out the grains, the syrup and the artificial flavor and start from protein. Each serving carries 11 g of protein from grass-fed whey and milk protein, on a base of organic cassava with organic coconut oil, organic coconut sugar, sea salt and either organic cinnamon or cocoa and vanilla. It is crunchy, stays crunchy in milk, and carries a fraction of the sugar in a conventional box.
