About this product

Heritage-breed pork raised outdoors on California pasture. Pork that tastes like pork again.

Most supermarket pork comes from confinement barns and has been bred lean and pale. Marin Sun Farms pork is from heritage, non-GMO-fed hogs raised on pasture, with darker meat, firmer fat and far more flavor. No antibiotics, no hormones. Cut by their own butchers, so every piece is trimmed properly.
