At 2.7 inches, this spoon is sized to sit inside a standard spice jar or salt cellar so it is always there when you need a pinch. No more digging with a wet teaspoon and clumping the whole jar. Bamboo does not react with salt or acidic spices, does not absorb flavors the way soft wood can, and will not chip like ceramic. When it finally wears out, it composts.

Buy a few. They disappear into jars of flaky salt, turmeric, cinnamon, loose tea and bath salts.
