Organic Apricot Jam

Fruit-forward and bright, made from this year’s organic apricots out of Blossom Hill Farms in Patterson — forty minutes down the road from us.

Ingredients: organic apricots, organic cane sugar, lemon juice. Nothing else, and the sugar is under 2% of the jar.

Made eight or nine jars at a time by Leslie “Lala” Goodrich in Petaluma. 8 oz reusable glass jar.
