Protein Peanut Spread

A peanut spread built on tallow rather than palm oil or hydrogenated fat, with collagen worked in. Thick, savoury-sweet, and it doesn't separate into an oil slick at the top of the jar.

Morning fuel, after a lift, or on an apple.
