Our Purple Kraut is a colorful, antioxidant-rich twist on classic sauerkraut, made with purple cabbage and juniper for a dense, satisfying crunch. It is slightly less sour than our other krauts, with gentle fruity and peppery notes and a naturally vivid color from anthocyanins that makes it especially popular with kids and beautiful on the plate.
