Sea moss gel in an 8 oz jar, made in small batches. Neutral enough to disappear into a smoothie, a soup or a sauce, which is how most people actually use it.

Keep it refrigerated and use it within a few weeks. This is a fresh product with no preservatives in it, which is the point and also the constraint.

One honest note: sea moss is naturally very high in iodine, and iodine is one of the few nutrients where more is not better — too much affects thyroid function. Stick to the serving size on the jar rather than eating it by the spoonful, and if you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication, ask your doctor before you start.
