Heavy raw cream, skimmed from raw milk and never heated.

This is the cream line off the top of Raw Farm's raw whole milk, bottled on its own. Because it's never pasteurized or homogenized, it keeps the enzymes, fat-soluble vitamins and naturally occurring CLA that heat treatment reduces, and it whips and cultures the way cream used to. Thick enough to spoon. No stabilizers, no additives; the ingredient is cream.
