Bill's Bees — Raw Sage Blossom Honey

Bill's Bees say people who think they do not like honey try sage and change their minds. It is water-white to pale gold, with a soft, clean sweetness and none of the sharp floral edge of wildflower. Sage honey is prized because it stays liquid for years, so it is the honey to keep on the table. The bees gather it in April and May when sage blooms in the San Gabriel Mountains of the Angeles National Forest.

It is raw, unfiltered and never heated, so the pollen and enzymes are intact.
