Castor oil packs are an old naturopathic practice: a cloth soaked in castor oil, held against the belly or over the liver, usually with warmth. People have used them for generations to support the liver, ease bloating and encourage lymphatic flow, and as a wind-down ritual before bed. The trouble has always been the mess. This wrap solves it. The inner layer is soft, hypoallergenic, GOTS-certified organic cotton flannel; the outer layer is waterproof PUL; elastic straps stretch up to 66 inches around, so it fits most bodies and stays put.
