About this product

The old cold-season tonic: raw apple cider vinegar steeped for four weeks with horseradish, garlic, ginger and honey.

Fire cider is a folk remedy herbalists have made for generations. Roots and Leaves makes theirs by infusing raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother) for four weeks with organic oranges, lemons, onions, garlic, ginger, turmeric, horseradish, chili pepper, thyme, rosemary, astragalus and peppercorns, then sweetening it with raw unfiltered honey. It is never heated, so the live cultures in the vinegar and the raw honey stay intact.

It tastes like it sounds: mostly apple cider vinegar, with heat and a little sweetness behind it. Traditionally used to warm you up, clear a stuffy head and support digestion.

  • Winter congestion that settles in the sinuses
