About this product

Sevillano and Arbequina olives pressed into a fruity, smooth oil for salads and finishing.

Sevillano is the big green table olive of California, and it presses into a full-flavored oil with a green, artichoke-like aroma. Blended with soft, fruity Arbequina, it lands in the middle: more character than the Buttery & Sweet, gentler than the Robust & Peppery. This is the bottle for people who want to taste the olive. 100% California extra virgin, cold-pressed, rich in monounsaturated oleic acid, vitamin E and polyphenols.

Who this is for

  • Vinaigrettes and green salads, where a flat oil disappears
  • Finishing soups, beans, grilled fish and vegetables
  • Bread dipping with flaky salt
  • Anyone moving up from a supermarket extra virgin who wants to taste why it costs more
  • Replacing seed oils in everyday cooking with something that adds flavor
