About this product

Fresh rosemary pressed with California olives: the oil for potatoes, lamb and anything headed into the oven.

Sprigs of fresh rosemary go into the press with just-harvested olives, so the piney, resinous flavor of the herb comes through clean rather than dusty. It's a rich, savory oil that makes roasted things taste like they were seasoned with care. Underneath it is 100% California extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed, rich in monounsaturated oleic acid and polyphenols. Rosemary is one of the most antioxidant-rich culinary herbs.

Who this is for

  • Roast potatoes, focaccia and anything with a crust
  • Lamb, pork and chicken marinades
  • Sauteed mushrooms and white beans
  • Bread dipping when you want something savory rather than bright
  • Anyone who grows rosemary and never uses enough of it
