California Peach Vinegar

Soft, floral stone fruit with a clean finish. Peach is a hard flavour to get right in vinegar — it usually lands either syrupy or invisible. This one sits in the middle.

Tomatoes and burrata in August, grilled chicken, or a shrub over ice with soda.

Grown and pressed in the valley, which is about as local as a bottled vinegar gets for us.
