Sparrow Lane — California Peach Vinegar

Soft, floral peach vinegar from Central Valley fruit, made twenty minutes from the orchard.

Peach is a hard flavor to get right in vinegar; it usually lands syrupy or invisible. This one sits in the middle, with real stone-fruit character and a clean finish. Sparrow Lane builds it on their oak-barrel wine vinegar with California peaches grown in the valley, no dyes, no artificial preservatives. About as local as a bottled vinegar gets for us.
