Sparrow Lane — D'Anjou Pear Vinegar

One of the gentlest vinegars on the shelf: mellow, faintly sweet D'Anjou pear.

D'Anjou has a soft-fruit character that Bartlett doesn't, and it makes a rounder, quieter vinegar. Sparrow Lane builds it on oak-barrel wine vinegar with real California pears, no dyes, no artificial preservatives. For people who find most vinegar too sharp, this is the one that changes their mind.
