About this product

Sherry vinegar: deep caramel color, smooth, assertive, with a crisp oak finish.

Sherry vinegar is the Spanish kitchen's answer to balsamic: nutty, oaky, savory rather than sweet, and it makes almost any pan sauce or vinaigrette taste like a restaurant made it. Sparrow Lane's is aged in oak with no dyes or artificial preservatives. If your cooking has a Spanish or Mediterranean lean, this bottle earns its place fast.

  • Deglazing pans and finishing sauces
  • Grilled vegetables, fish or tofu with a drizzle
