A spicy shredded carrot and daikon relish that’s inspired by the Vietnamese pickles, Do Chua. Our sugar-free version includes sliced jalapenos and is fermented in a vegan kimchi probiotic brine to give it heat and tang! Perfect way to level up your banh mi sliders.
