Stemple Creek's 100% grass-fed, grass-finished ground beef pressed into three 1/3 lb patties. Same cattle as the ground beef: pasture-raised from birth to harvest, never a feedlot, no grain, no hormones, no antibiotics. Grass-finished beef is naturally higher in omega-3 fats and CLA than grain-fed. The patties are sized for a normal bun and thick enough to get a crust on the outside while staying pink inside.
