The softer, chewier style of jerky, made from Stemple Creek's 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef. Brown sugar for the sweet, spices for the heat, onion and garlic for depth, cured with cultured celery powder rather than synthetic nitrites. The sugar is real and it's the second ingredient, so this is the treat of the two jerkies; the Salt & Pepper is the strict one. Grass-finished beef is naturally higher in omega-3 fats and CLA than grain-fed.
