Microgreens are vegetable seedlings cut at the first true leaf, when they are several times more concentrated in vitamins and antioxidants than the grown vegetable, gram for gram. The Basic Salad Mix is Sunburst's gentle blend, milder than the Specialty mix and built to go with anything. Grown from non-GMO seed in a controlled indoor environment and harvested days before you eat it.
