About this product

Sweet, crunchy pea shoots: the microgreen that tastes like fresh peas, grown here in Modesto.

Pea shoots are the young tendrils and leaves of the pea plant, harvested small. They taste like sugar snap peas, with a satisfying crunch, and they are one of the mildest microgreens, which makes them the easiest one to get kids and skeptics eating. Rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, folate and fiber. Grown from non-GMO seed in a controlled indoor environment and harvested days before they reach you.
