Our award-winning Supergreen Kraut takes classic sauerkraut and loads it up with a mix of leafy greens and mineral rich herbs like nettles, moringa, chickweed, and dandelion. It has a bright, sour base with mild, leafy, herbaceous notes and is one of our most nutrient-dense krauts, adding both refreshing flavor and green goodness to almost any dish.
