Terranova starts every roast with USDA and CCOF certified organic green beans, sourced from a trusted organic partner, and roasts them in small batches at their Tower Avenue roastery in Sacramento. The 2 lb bag brings the per-cup price down and comes whole bean for the three roasts, plus a coarse-ground blend built specifically for cold brew.

Details

• Old Town Espresso (whole bean): dark, bold and smooth with a creamy finish
• Ethiopian Yirgacheffe (whole bean): light, bright lemon, blueberry and tart cherry
• Redwood Roast (whole bean): dark, full-bodied, hints of chocolate
• Cold Brew Blend (coarse ground): steep 1 part coffee to 4 parts cold water for 12 to 18 hours, strain, and dilute to taste
