A sweet mini sourdough with chocolate chips and a cream cheese center, sold as a two-pack. Breakfast, dessert, or both.

The dough is Tori's naturally leavened sourdough, raised by a wild starter over a long, slow ferment with no commercial yeast, no dough conditioners and no preservatives. The tang of real sourdough is what makes this work as a sweet loaf: it keeps the chocolate and cream cheese from being cloying, the way a good cheesecake crust does. The cream cheese bakes into a soft center and the chips melt through the crumb.
