Delicate, crisp finishing flakes from an ancient Spanish spring, third-party tested to be free of microplastics and heavy metals.

Nearly all sea salt now carries microplastics, because the oceans do. Vera Salt comes instead from an inland mineral spring in Spain, protected from the sea, hand-harvested by traditional methods and never processed or bleached. Every batch is tested for microplastics and for aluminum, arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury. The flakes dissolve lightly on the tongue and bring a clean burst of salt and minerals to whatever they land on. Naturally present: potassium 294 ppm, magnesium 382 ppm, calcium 1,034 ppm.

How to use
